About VelorBoard

What is VelorBoard?

VelorBoard is a premium adjustable slant board designed to help you move, stretch, strengthen, and recover with confidence. Its multi-angle design supports everything from calf stretches and ankle-mobility drills to heel-elevated squats, calf raises, balance work, and more—all from one compact home-fitness tool.

Who is VelorBoard for?

VelorBoard is made for anyone who wants to move better and train smarter, including:

  • Everyday movers looking to improve flexibility and mobility
  • Gym-goers who want deeper, more comfortable squats
  • Runners, cyclists, dancers, and athletes supporting lower-body recovery
  • People who spend long hours sitting or standing
  • Beginners building a sustainable movement routine
  • Coaches, trainers, and physical-therapy-minded fitness enthusiasts

Always speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise routine, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or recent surgery.

What can I use VelorBoard for?

VelorBoard brings versatile lower-body training into your home, office, studio, or gym. Popular uses include:

  • Calf, Achilles, hamstring, and hip-flexor stretches
  • Ankle-mobility and dorsiflexion exercises
  • Heel-elevated squats and squat holds
  • Calf raises and tibialis-focused training
  • Split squats, lunges, and lower-body warm-ups
  • Balance, stability, and foot-strength routines
  • Daily mobility breaks before or after training

Why use an adjustable slant board?

Your needs can change from one exercise to the next—and from one day to the next. Adjustable angles let you begin at a more approachable incline and gradually increase intensity as your comfort, mobility, and confidence improve. It is a simple way to make your routine more personalized without filling your space with multiple fitness accessories.

Can VelorBoard replace a gym membership or physical therapist?

VelorBoard is a highly versatile movement tool, but it is not a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized rehabilitation. Think of it as a powerful addition to your training and wellness routine—ready whenever you are.

What is the difference between VelorBoard Original, Duo, and 2.0?

The Original is the go-to adjustable slant board for everyday stretching, mobility, and lower-body strength. The Duo includes a separate curved balance board for people who want to add stability and balance work. VelorBoard 2.0 offers more angle options, a wider reinforced design, and a higher maximum user-weight capacity.

I am new to slant-board training. Which model should I choose?

The Original is a great starting point for customers who want a straightforward, compact, adjustable board for daily mobility and strength. If balance work is a major goal, choose the Duo. If you want the widest platform, the most adjustment options, or need the higher capacity, VelorBoard 2.0 is the ideal choice.

Features and Safety

Is VelorBoard adjustable?

Yes. Each model offers multiple incline positions, so you can tailor your setup to your activity, mobility level, and training goals. Start at an angle that feels controlled and comfortable, then progress gradually.

Is the surface non-slip?

Yes. VelorBoard is designed with an anti-slip standing surface to help provide secure footing during appropriate use. For best results, always use it on a dry, flat, stable surface and wear footwear that provides reliable grip when needed.

Is VelorBoard safe to use barefoot?

Many customers use VelorBoard barefoot for gentle mobility, balance, and foot-awareness exercises. However, your safest setup depends on the exercise, your floor surface, and your stability. If you are new to the board, use supportive footwear or keep a stable support nearby until you are comfortable.

What is the maximum weight capacity?

VelorBoard Original and VelorBoard Duo support users up to 225 lb / 102 kg. VelorBoard 2.0 supports users up to 300 lb / 136 kg. Do not exceed the stated capacity for your model.

Can I jump on VelorBoard?

No. VelorBoard is intended for controlled stretching, mobility, balance, and bodyweight-strength movements. Do not use it for jumping, plyometrics, running, dropping weights, or other high-impact exercises.

Can I use dumbbells or weights while standing on VelorBoard?

Use caution. The listed capacity refers to the user-weight limit specified for each model; external loading changes the total force on the board and can increase balance risk. For safety, use VelorBoard primarily for controlled bodyweight exercise unless your product instructions expressly permit additional loading.

Can children use VelorBoard?

VelorBoard should be used only with appropriate adult supervision and according to the product’s age, safety, and weight guidelines. Keep it away from unsupervised children, as adjustable components can create a pinch or trip hazard.

Can VelorBoard help with pain or an injury?

VelorBoard may be a useful training tool for mobility and controlled exercise, but it is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Stop if you experience pain, numbness, dizziness, or instability, and consult a qualified clinician for individualized guidance.

What should I do if I have Achilles, plantar-fascia, knee, hip, or back pain?

Do not push through pain. If you have a current injury, persistent symptoms, nerve-related symptoms, or a recent procedure, ask your physician or physical therapist whether and how to use a slant board. Begin only with approved, gentle movements and a conservative angle.

Use and Care

How do I get started?

Start simple and stay consistent:

  1. Place VelorBoard on a dry, flat, non-slip surface.
  2. Select the lowest comfortable incline.
  3. Hold a stable support if you are new to the movement.
  4. Begin with gentle, controlled calf stretches or supported squat holds.
  5. Increase duration, range of motion, or angle gradually—not all at once.

A few focused minutes per day can make a meaningful difference over time.

How often should I use VelorBoard?

That depends on your goals and recovery needs. Many people enjoy short mobility sessions most days, while strength-focused exercises may fit into a few weekly workouts. Listen to your body, allow time to recover, and prioritize quality movement over intensity.

How long should I stretch on VelorBoard?

Start conservatively. A comfortable, gentle hold for 20–30 seconds can be a practical starting point, repeated as tolerated. Avoid forcing a stretch, bouncing, or holding through sharp pain. If you are following a clinician’s plan, follow their prescribed protocol instead.

Should I use VelorBoard before or after my workout?

Both can work:

  • Before training: use gentle mobility drills, controlled calf raises, or shallow squat holds to warm up.
  • After training: use relaxed stretching and low-intensity mobility work to wind down.

Match the exercise to the moment—dynamic and gentle before activity, slower and more restorative afterward.

How do I clean VelorBoard?

Wipe the board with a soft damp cloth after use, then allow it to dry fully before storing. Avoid harsh chemicals, soaking, or prolonged exposure to moisture. Keep the anti-slip surface clean and dry so it can perform at its best.

How should I store it?

Fold or set VelorBoard flat according to your model’s design and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, standing water, extreme heat, and heavy objects. Its compact profile makes it easy to keep under furniture, in a closet, or beside your workout space.

Can I use it outdoors?

VelorBoard is best used indoors on a clean, dry, level surface. If you use it outdoors, ensure the surface is fully dry, stable, and free from sand, gravel, moisture, and uneven ground. Bring it inside after use; do not leave it exposed to weather.

What if my board feels unstable or damaged?

Stop using it immediately. Check that it is correctly set to the chosen angle, fully engaged, and placed on a level floor. Inspect it for cracks, loose parts, damaged anti-slip material, or other wear. Do not use a damaged product—contact our support team for help.

Quick Safety Reminder

VelorBoard is built to help make movement part of your everyday routine—but smart training always comes first. Use it on a stable surface, start with a manageable angle, move with control, respect the weight limit for your model, and stop if something does not feel right. Consistent, comfortable progress is the goal.
